I’m Nova, a leadership coach with 30 years in UX and product design, where I built experiences for brands like Wells Fargo, DocuSign and Walmart.com and led the teams behind them. Now, I work with ambitious, creative leaders working through major transitions within their organizations, or within their careers. I use tried and true UX co-designing, ideation , and decision-making frameworks to guiding them through the questions and answers that will give them the insight they need to build the team or career they've dreamed of.
I am currently completing an IBM certification in Leading AI Transformation.
I also co-wrote Should I Stay or Should I Go? with my partner Grover, a joyfully designed workbook for anyone weighing a big life move.
